It’s Our 11 Year Anniversary!!
That’s right – our 11 year anniversary. :) You could also say it’s our 4017 day anniversary. Either way, it’s a long time for how incredibly youthful we still look. It really has flown by though, and I am still not sure how I ever was able to get the bride I did. Madie is the most wonderful person I know, and I’m proud to go through life with her. This year is even more special now that Lottie is part of our family too. A lot has happened in the last eleven years. … We found out that our little baby was a girl. Well, today we went and relived some of the things we did a year ago. There was something very special about finding out that our little one was a girl. It made things so much more real and helped us start imagining and planning for the change that was to follow. We knew we’d love our little girl no matter what, but we couldn’t have imagined how happy a baby we’d have – so sweet – so funny – so silly. Although we haven’t’ blogged any Lottie pics since September, we’ve been taking pictures of her all the time. Below are some of our favorites from the past four months! She just keeps amazing us with the things she learns to do. Some of her favorite activities now are: saying Mama and Dada, clapping, listening to music, sitting up, almost crawling, giggling, and being adorable. Charlotte is now a little over TWO MONTHS old. It felt like she would never ever come at the end, like time had frozen and we were going to have to wait forever. But now we’ve enjoyed two months worth of new excitement, new worries, and new experiences.
