We were so excited to meet the latest addition to one of our favorite families in the whole world today! Cedar is a sweet, adorable little guy. (Getting to hold him brought us right back to how little Lottie started out.. Amazing!) His big brother Jonah was really good with him too, holding him good and tight for the pics. His big sister Edy was adorable as well and let us take lots of sweet pics of her too.

To ‘The C’s’, we love you guys so much and are so happy for you all!! Thanks so much for letting us see and hold your wonderful new son.

I went out with my sister recently to attempt to photograph the super moon that was due. It was overcast all evening and therefore the image probably wouldn’t have turned out well. Since I took us to the wrong place to see it though we’ll never know. We didn’t leave empty handed though. Here’s a couple shots that have no moon in them at all…

Bridge | Scenic Sunday

Whoa – nine months off Scenic Sunday! Can you believe it’s back? :) We’ve been creating some more material for the series, so here we go again.

This particular evening started off terribly grey and rainy. The rain stopped and the sky shifted brilliantly. We stopped and took a few frames and this is one of the results. This is not HDR, btw. The new controls in Lightroom 4 are so super good that you can do quite a bit with a single exposure.
