This post is bittersweet. This is the last wedding of the season I shot with my friends at Sidewalk and the Sea. Plus, they are taking a break from their biz to focus on some other things, so it might be the last wedding I’ll shoot with them for good. And that’s for bad. :) They are so super talented that I learn tons every time I’m with them. Thanks Ezra and Bethany for everything!
I was the fourth (yup, this wedding had four photographers!) shooter at this particular wedding. They did some family formals at the Lumber Exchange building in Minneapolis. The ceremony was in Bloomington, then back to Minneapolis for the reception. The reception was at the beautiful Varsity Theater. As the fourth (but not least?) shooter, I pretty much focused on candid’s and detail shots, so that’s about all there are in this set.
Please enjoy and thanks a ton for having a look at our latest work! (There is a ‘in the elevator self portrait’ at the end too – feel free to make it your desktop background! :)

I love that last shot Tim! I will make it a desktop image! lol! Great candid shots. I love the color tone of reception area. Very deep and rich. :)

Wow – such a striking contrast between the stark, serious wedding venue and the colorful, lively reception hall. Great use of B&W versus color to highlight this difference!
