When it comes to engagement shoots, I think the best locations have nothing to do with how nice of a backdrop something is, and everything to do with how comfortable and familiar the location is. That’s why Wendy and Doug chose to have their engagement shoot at home. Granted, the rooftop views were spectacular, but in the end it’s the warm feeling of being somewhere you love that makes these images special.
This was my first shoot with the fantastic Fujifilm X-T2, and it was just fantastic to work with. One of these days I’m going to do a little writeup on what I like about shooting with it – but today is not that day. Enjoy the images!
